What you'll be doing

- Identify client needs and develop tailored HVAC/chiller solutions

- Build and manage relationships across commercial and industrial sectors

- Drive new business while growing existing accounts

- Conduct site visits and present technical solutions with confidence

- Collaborate internally to deliver projects from concept through to execution





- Represent the business at industry events and trade shows like AIRAH & ARBS.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in HVAC, chillers, or related technical solutions sales

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach. You take ownership and make things happen.

- Professional, client-facing presence

- Ability to understand technical problems and translate them into solutions

- Willingness to learn and grow within a quick-paced environment

Additional Details

- Location: Smithfield (full-time in office initially, with field travel across Sydney)

- Clients: Commercial & industrial only (no residential)

- Travel: Primarily Sydney-based, occasional interstate and industry events

- Interview Process: 2 stages medical & references
