Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
Identity is at the heart of modern enterprise security — and at the heart of some of its most critical failures. We're partnering with leading AI research teams to build AI systems that truly understand how IAM risk emerges, propagates, and is exploited in real-world environments.
If you've spent time working with enterprise identity platforms and have a sharp eye for access control weaknesses, this is a rare opportunity to put that expertise to work on frontier AI — entirely on your own schedule.

- Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related vulnerabilities
- Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk
- Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI reason accurately about enterprise security
