The Progress Faculty (TPF) is growing our Brisbane team and we're looking for energetic, personable people to join us in a face-to-face customer service and sales role.

You don't need years of experience. Some of our best people have come from retail, hospitality, sport, trades, gyms, customer service and completely different industries.

What matters more to us is your attitude, communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll be representing well-known organisations and speaking with customers face‑to‑face across Brisbane. Your day will involve:

- Speaking with current customers and building rapport
- Representing recognised organisations professionally
- Delivering great face‑to‑face customer experiences
- Learning proven communication and sales techniques
- Working alongside an energetic and supportive team
- Setting and working towards daily and weekly goals
- Developing your confidence, communication and leadership skills

This is not a desk job. You’ll be speaking with people, working alongside your team and learning through hands‑on experience.

Full Paid Training

No sales experience? That's completely fine. We'll teach you our systems, communication techniques and sales process from the ground up.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

- Work at least 4 days per week, Monday-Friday
- Be available approximately 10am-6pm
- Travel to our Kelvin Grove office
- Be comfortable in a face‑to‑face customer service and sales environment
- Bring a strong attitude and be willing to be coached
