Locantro Bakery in NSW is seeking a hands-on pastry chef to produce and decorate a wide variety of cakes and pastries for wholesale customers. You will prepare and assemble cakes, pastries and desserts and decorate them to a high qualified standard.

Produce creams, fillings, mousses and other components, follow recipes, maintain quality, and complete daily production within required timeframes. Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe workspace, and work closely with the pastry and bakery
