Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ person team in a busy retail setting, driving service, safety and stock stock control. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the Widest Range and Best Prices are showcased, while maintaining robust KPIs and customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for rostering, development of staff, and delivering Best Experience to customers across weekends and public holidays.
