About the role

In this role,



the Commercial Cleaner/Property Maintenance Worker will use their diverse skillset to deliver high-quality maintenance and handyperson services to our valued clients across the region.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

general cleaning of properties & common areas

gardening/grounds maintenance incl mowing, pruning, weeding, etc .

basic handyman tasks (minor repairs, painting, fixtures, maintenance checks )

identifying and reporting maintenance issues

ensuring properties are safe, clean & presentable.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential (role is Melbourne-based)

Min. 1-2 years property maintenance experience or similar

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently/manage time effectively
