Lithgow City Council in Lithgow, NSW is seeking a Compliance Officer to deliver inspections, investigations and enforcement for breaches of development consent, unauthorised and/or non-complying development, and land use matters.

The successful candidate will gather evidence, undertake interviews, issue Notices/Orders/Penalty Infringement Notices and may appear in court. A current Class C driver’s licence and on-call availability are required.
