About the role

As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will work alongside our team to provide high-quality education and care within a nurturing, engaging and child-focused environment.

You will play an important role in:

Building secure and respectful relationships with children

Creating engaging learning environments and experiences

Contributing to observations, programming and documentation

Supporting children's individual interests, strengths and development

Developing positive partnerships with families





Working collaboratively with your fellow educators

Supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework

Maintaining high standards of supervision, child safety and compliance

Contributing ideas and initiatives that continue to strengthen our service

About you

We would love to hear from you if you:

Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check

Have a national police check or willingness to obtain

Have a genuine passion for working with young children

Understand the importance of active supervision and child-safe practice

Are warm, reliable and qualified

Enjoy being part of a close-knit team

Have a good understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework

Value strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
