About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Interior Designer to join our Sydney Workplace Interiors team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of local and global workplace projects. Working closely with a Principal and senior design leaders, you'll help shape engaging, high-performing environments that support culture, collaboration, wellbeing and the future of work. You'll be involved across all stages of the design process, from concept development and client presentations through to documentation and delivery, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across our global network.

This is an opportunity to work with leading workplace clients, contribute to cutting-edge and impactful projects, and continue developing your design and technical capabilities within a globally recognised practice.

Required Experience and Skills:

- 4-6 years' experience in interior design, ideally with workplace project experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Strong Revit capability and experience contributing to project documentation and delivery
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop




- Experience using Enscape or similar rendering software
- Strong conceptual design, presentation and storytelling skills
- The ability to communicate design intent clearly through visual, written and verbal mediums
- An understanding of workplace design principles and contemporary workplace trends
- Knowledge of design detailing, documentation, material selection and project coordination
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn, contribute and take ownership
- An interest in developing your understanding of construction standards, compliance requirements and industry best practice
