- Deliver excellent customer service to major accounts in branch, by phone, and via email, building and maintaining robust long-term relationships - Support sales activity on key projects and major accounts, identifying new leads and growth opportunities within the lighting and electrical sectors - Manage major account orders and projects, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and comprehensive project documentation - Maintain current product knowledge specific to lighting and electrical solutions, providing expert guidance to customers and internal teams - Support day-to-day branch operations including internal salesand project-based work - Coordinate with colleagues on project timelines and deliverables,
