Protiviti is seeking an experienced IT Audit & Technology Assurance Manager to join our technology advisory services. In this role, you'll lead with confidence, serve as a role model, and elevate the technical execution of your team. Your expertise will guide clients through complex IT landscapes while delivering valuable insights that drive their success.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of the IT Audit & Technology Assurance team, Managers will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent engagements. You will focus on managing and ensuring engagements are appropriately resourced and coordinated. Facilitate communication between the client, engagement team and Protiviti leadership so key information is shared and actioned in a timely manner.

- Portfolio management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of IT audit / technology assurance engagements and ensuring deliverables meet Protiviti’s quality and methodology standards
- Client relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Responsible for managing client expectations, resolving conflicts and identifying business opportunities
- Quality and risk management: Serve a key reviewer for engagement quality which includes reviewing working papers and drafting and/or reviewing draft reports. Ensure all procedures and findings meet Protiviti’s quality and methodology standards
- Financial oversight: Management engagement economics such as budgets, WIP (work in progress) monitoring, billing and engagement client margins
- Commercial acumen: Proactively identify recent client, market trends and engagement opportunities and lead the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle
- Practice development: Contribute to internal initiatives such as community working groups, internal training, community outreach programs and go-to-market strategies

What We’re Seeking:

- 4+ years' experience in technology assurance, IT audit,



technology risk or internal audit. Proven experience managing teams and delivering assurance engagements in a professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Audit or a related field
- CISA (certified Information Systems Auditor) is mandatory. Other relevant certifications like CRISC, CISM or CISSP are a significant plus
- Experience in having delivered a broad range of assurance engagements such as, but not limited to, cybersecurity reviews, data governance and privacy reviews, and topical technology assurance topics e.g., ITGC, gen AI & third-party risk management,
- Strong understanding of COBIT, NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks or other relevant technology, assurance or risk management frameworks
- Experience with industry standard data analytics and technology enablement tools (e.g., Alteryx, SQL, generative AI) is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel to client sites (locally and nationally) as needed.
