The Opportunity

When systems fail or require upgrades, customers need more than technical support. They need a trusted expert who can quickly diagnose issues, take ownership, and deliver solutions.

In this role, you'll provide end-to-end field engineering support for large and complex customer environments. You'll work onsite, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform maintenance and installations, and ensure systems continue operating as designed.

Beyond resolving issues, you'll contribute to service improvements by identifying recurring technical challenges, sharing expertise with teammates, and helping improve overall service delivery. What You'll Do

- Take ownership of onsite service activities from diagnosis through resolution.
- Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software in customer environments.
- Deliver field engineering support for large and complex clients.
- Use technical expertise and advanced tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.




- Conduct scheduled installations and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with technical colleagues to deliver effective and timely service.
- Provide feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve service delivery.
- Support team members with technical guidance and expertise.
- Contribute to reporting and documentation that supports service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to management.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum of 6 months' hands-on experience in field engineering or a related technical support role.
- Experience performing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in customer environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
- Technical certification or an associate degree preferred.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Active Australian Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2) is mandatory.
