We’re looking for a reliable and service-oriented IT Support professional to help maintain dependable technology services within a public-sector environment. You’ll assist users with technical issues, support workplace systems, and contribute to secure and efficient day-to-day IT operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support for computers, software, peripherals, and user accounts.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, printer, email, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain approved IT equipment and applications.
- Assist with user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and system access requests.
- Respond to support tickets and accurately document incidents and resolutions.
- Support onboarding activities, workstation setup, and device provisioning.
- Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, and workplace application issues.
- Escalate complex technical incidents to specialized IT teams when required.
- Assist with software updates, security checks, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Follow established cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection procedures.
- Maintain technical guides, documentation,



and internal knowledge resources.
- Assist with IT asset tracking, equipment inventory, and device management.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, or similar workplace technologies.
- Understanding of common IT troubleshooting and diagnostic practices.
- Familiarity with help-desk or ticketing platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection principles.
- Strong communication and user-support skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, patient, and detail-oriented approach.
