?️ About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, patient, and solutions-focused IT Support Officer to keep everyday technology operations running smoothly. You’ll assist users with technical issues, maintain workplace systems and devices, and help create a secure and reliable IT environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and user-access issues.
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, email, Wi-Fi, and common connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain workplace devices and software.
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests.
- Respond to support tickets and document incidents and resolutions.
- Support employee onboarding, workstation setup, and device provisioning.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for networks, peripherals, and business applications.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when required.
- Assist with software updates, security checks, and routine IT maintenance.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and knowledge-base resources.
- Support IT equipment inventory, asset tracking,



and device management.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Understanding of common hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with help-desk or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, access management, and data protection.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
