? About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and solutions-oriented IT Support Officer to keep everyday technology operations running smoothly. You’ll assist users with technical issues, maintain workplace devices and systems, and help create a secure, efficient, and dependable IT environment.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and access issues.
- Diagnose and resolve common computer, printer, email, and connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests.
- Manage support tickets and document technical issues and resolutions.
- Support employee onboarding, workstation setup, and device provisioning.
- Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, network, peripheral, and application issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams when necessary.
- Assist with software updates, security checks, and routine system maintenance.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, IT documentation, and knowledge-base resources.
- Support IT asset tracking, equipment inventory,



and device management.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Understanding of common IT troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with help-desk or ticketing platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, access management, and data protection.
- Strong communication and user-support skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
