? About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and service-focused IT Support Officer to keep day-to-day technology operations running smoothly. You’ll assist users with technical issues, maintain workplace systems and equipment, and help ensure a secure, efficient, and reliable IT environment.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and user-access issues.
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, email, Wi-Fi, and common connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain IT devices and approved software.
- Assist with user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access requests.
- Respond to support tickets and document incidents and resolutions.
- Support employee onboarding, workstation setup, and device provisioning.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for networks, peripherals, and workplace applications.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when necessary.
- Assist with system updates, security checks, and routine IT maintenance.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and knowledge-base resources.
- Assist with IT equipment inventory and asset tracking.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, computer hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Understanding of common hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with help-desk or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and access-management practices.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests effectively.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
