?️ About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and technically curious IT Support Officer to help keep everyday technology running smoothly. You’ll support users, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain workplace devices, and contribute to a reliable and secure IT environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, email, Wi-Fi, and connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain IT devices and applications.
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests.
- Manage support tickets and document technical issues and resolutions.
- Support employee onboarding, workstation setup, and device provisioning.
- Troubleshoot basic network, peripheral, and business application issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams when required.
- Assist with system updates, security checks, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge resources.
- Support equipment inventory, asset tracking,



and device management.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Understanding of common IT troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with help-desk or ticketing platforms is a plus.
- Basic awareness of cybersecurity and access-control practices.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, patient, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
