As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll bring deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to manage, support, and optimise the infrastructure powering Odyssey’s operational environments.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the end-to-end performance, security, and reliability of Odyssey’s IT systems with a strong focus on excellence in customer service.
- Configuring, remotely implementing, and maintaining all technology infrastructure (network, compute, storage) across our operational environments.
- Providing Tier 2/3 technical support,
acting as a key escalation point for complex issues raised by the Customer Experience and Field Services teams.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure rapid response and resolution, helping us deliver seamless and uninterrupted service to our global player base.
What you bring:
- Broad knowledge of IT systems administration, with strong troubleshooting skills across network, compute, and storage domains.
- A proven track record of supporting high-availability infrastructure in a quick-paced, customer-facing industry.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve escalated issues with speed and precision.
