You’ll join an established team at Country Motor Company, representing Hyundai, Isuzu UTE and GWM .

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop.

Your day will include:

- Welcoming customers and managing the service check-in process
- Preparing repair orders, bookings and estimates
- Keeping customers informed throughout the day
- Explaining service, repair and maintenance requirements
- Liaising with our Workshop Controller and technicians
- Managing additional work and customer authorisations
- Preparing and explaining invoices at vehicle collection
- Building strong, long-term relationships with our customers

About you

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has previous automotive Service Advisor experience
- Genuinely enjoys dealing with customers
- Communicates confidently face-to-face and over the phone
- Is organised and comfortable managing a busy workload
- Can prioritise and think on its feet
- Works well as part of a team
- Is confident using dealership and computer systems
- Takes ownership and follows things through
- Holds a current NSW Driver’s Licence
