What You'll Do

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team of 3–5 staff
- Set up team policies, efficient work arrangements, and operational standards
- Oversee inventory accuracy, dispatch schedules, and overall daily workflow
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless logistics execution
- Maintain strict time management, compliance, and safety standards across the floor

What You Bring

- 1+ years' experience managing warehouse operations
- Mandarin language skills (Required for day-to-day team communication)
- Forklift license and Bonded Warehouse experience are a solid plus (preferred, but not essential)
