About the Role

Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you'll prepare and cook dishes across our South East Asian menu to a consistently high standard. This is a hands-on role for a cook who takes pride in their craft, works clean, and thrives in a busy service.

What you'll do

- Prepare, cook and present dishes across the menu to our standards
- Run your section confidently through service
- Follow recipes, portioning and plating specifications consistently




- Help with prep, mise en place, ordering and stock rotationMaintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
- Support and learn from the wider kitchen team

What you'll bring

- A relevant qualification (AQF Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or overseas equivalent) or equivalent skilled experience
- At least (2) years' experience cooking in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of South East Asian cuisine and ingredients
- Solid section and service skills, with speed, consistency and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for food
- Full working rights
