We’re looking for a dedicated Novated Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll nurture customer relationships, identify new opportunities to drive business growth, manage leads, and expertly guide drivers through the novated leasing process. You'll be at the centre of a fast-paced, high achieving, environment, responding to inquiries, providing quotes, ensuring customers stay informed throughout their leasing journey and delivering excellent customer service.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Provide first call resolution of customer enquiries including quotations, vehicle orders, general enquiries and payout figures.
- Proactively follow up on all Novated Lease quotations ensuring timely updates.
- Ensure quotes and updates are exact and provided within set timeframes.
- Achieve incremental unit targets and margins.
- Cross sale of additional Novated Leasing products.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records to assist with first-call resolution where possible.
- Collaborate within a supportive team, sharing strategies to manage high workloads and achieve success.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

- Solid understanding of Novated Leasing, automotive finance products,



or credit services.
- Strong verbal communication and numerical skills to effectively support customers.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks and communications.
- Proven ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Quick to learn new products and procedures, with strong computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.
- Team-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude.
