Work Schedule: Flexible, 3 days per week

Are you an experienced Practice Manager or Operations Leader looking for an opportunity to lead within a values-driven allied health practice? We are seeking a warm, organised and proactive leader to join SMART Spot Education & Therapy Services as our Practice Manager while our current Practice Manager takes maternity leave.
This is an opportunity to become an integral member of our leadership team, helping shape the daily operations of a growing paediatric practice while supporting a passionate team of clinicians to do their very best work.

SMART Spot Education & Therapy Services is a well established boutique paediatric allied health practice based in Albury, supporting children, families and educators through high-quality speech pathology and occupational therapy services.

About the Role / Key Responsibilities
Practice Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy paediatric practice, ensuring systems run efficiently and families receive an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to ongoing care.
Community Partnerships: Build and nurture meaningful relationships with local schools, preschools, medical practitioners, community organisations and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to strengthen SMART Spot’s presence and impact within the region.
Recruitment & Workforce Development: Support the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of exceptional team members,
helping to continue to position SMART Spot as an employer of choice and contributing to workforce planning as the practice continues to grow.
Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and support to our team while working collaboratively with the Director and Clinical Team Leader to maintain a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Practice Systems: Oversee our admin team who manage scheduling, client communication, billing, NDIS and Medicare processes, reporting and workflow systems including Halaxy and SystemHUB.
Quality Improvement: Contribute to the continual refinement of systems, policies and processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Business Performance: Assist with reporting, KPI monitoring and practice performance, supporting the leadership team in achieving strategic goals while maintaining exceptional service standards.

About You
- Experience managing an allied health, medical or healthcare practice desired.
- Enjoys leading people while creating calm, organised and efficient systems.
- Confidence in managing a business who supports NDIS participants.
- Builds trusted relationships with both families and colleagues.
- Takes initiative while valuing collaboration and shared decision-making.
- Has exceptional organisational skills and enjoys balancing people, processes and priorities.
