Sale Medical Centre has an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our busy general practice serving Sale, Maffra and Loch Sport. This role focuses on chronic disease management, following patients over time with care plans developed alongside the GP.
There are no nights, no weekends, no on-call, and no public holidays. Approximately 22 hours per week across three days, with shifts at Loch Sport, and at Maffra or Sale. You will work in a cooperative team with clinical support on site.
