Are you a passionate, reliable, and organized Chef or Cook looking for a agile role with a great blend of day and night service? We are seeking a talented Full-Time Chef & Cook to join our team, running a busy kitchen that transitions from a vibrant daytime cafe into an energetic weekend restaurant service.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in producing quality food, thrives during service rushes, and enjoys standard, predictable rostered days.

Work Schedule & Roster

We offer a stable, structured 5-day roster covering both cafe and restaurant operations:

- Cafe Service (Days): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Manage kitchen operations across both high-volume cafe daytime service and elevated weekend dinner services.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high quality and consistency standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP principles).
- Manage inventory,



stock rotation, and assist with prep schedules to ensure smooth service flow.
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Relevant culinary qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience cooking in a fast-paced cafe and/or restaurant environment.
- Strong prep skills, speed, and standard consistency under pressure.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- High level of reliability, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-first attitude.
