- High level of experience of leading and inspiring others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles.
- Experience in the management of staff and providing direction and performance assessment of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of financial and resource management in the monitoring of budgets in accordance with financial requirements.
- Proven experience understanding case management in the human services field.
- Significant exposure to the Criminal Justice System or related human services workplace.

There are no mandatory qualifications for this position; however formal qualifications in behavioural science and/or psychology (or a related discipline) would be highly regarded.
