We are a well known and long standing legal practice situated in Gatton. We operate across many areas of the law, including Property and Conveyancing, Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates.

We are looking for a person who is professional, reliable and a quick learner to support our solicitors and team in a range of legal matters working in the role of Conveyancing/ Legal Clerk.

The Role

- Answering, making and transferring calls from and to our Clients and partner organisations
- Providing a high level of administrative support for conveyancing and all legal adminstration areas, including diary management and paper and electronic file management
- Preparing letters and other documents to a high standard, in addition to proofreading documents and correspondence
- Extensive interaction with potential and current Clients.




- Management of Conveyance Matters from First Letters through tosettlement.
- Knowledge of PEXA
- Ability to learn or knowledge of other areas of legal administration.

The Candidate

- Have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to make a Client feel comfortable whilst remaining qualified at all times
- Have the utmost respect for confidentiality
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pride yourself on your organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Have experience of working with LEAP Legal, PEXA and AML or be willing to undertake training to this end
- Be proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
