PARC Engineering Pty Ltd is looking for experienced and motivated Electricians to join our team on a major local construction project at the CSBP Kwinana Sodium Cyanide Manufacturing Facility .
Engaged by CSBP Limited (WesCEF), PARC is delivering the third thermal oxidiser incinerator package (TO3), providing structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation (SMP & E&I;) construction services.
What is included
- Monday to Friday plus every second Saturday
- Kwinana Based Project
- Duration: 5-6 months
- Weekly pay
- FT or Casual contracts available - Penalties apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and terminate power, lighting, control and instrumentation cabling.
- Install cable trays, ladders, conduits and support systems.
- Install switchboards, motor control centres (MCCs), distribution boards and electrical equipment.
- Install and connect motors, pumps, field devices and industrial control equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, single line diagrams and specifications.
- Carry out electrical testing, commissioning and fault finding.
- Complete quality assurance documentation, test sheets and inspection records.
- Ensure all work complies with AS/NZS Wiring Rules, project specifications and statutory requirements.
- Participate in pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and safety observations.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within work areas.
- Identify hazards and implement effective risk controls.
- Report defects, incidents and non-conformances promptly.
- Assist apprentices and provide guidance where required.
- Work collaboratively with other trades to achieve project milestones
Requirements:
- WA A Grade Electrical Lience
- LVR and CPR within 1 year
- First Aid within 3 years
- White Card
- High Risk Working Licence - WP
- Working Safely at Heights RIIWHS202E(issued within 2 years)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, fitness, and drug and alcohol test
- VOC and Driver's Licence (preferred)
