About the Role

This is a hands on leadership role in a dual retail and hospitality environment.

As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations while leading a team across both retail sales and beverage service, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards in all areas.

This role offers dual capability development in people leadership, commercial awareness, and hospitality execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations across retail and hospitality functions
- Lead, train, and support team members in both sales and service




- Drive sales performance and monitor daily and weekly targets
- Manage staff rosters and floor coverage across peak periods
- Oversee stock control for both retail products and beverage ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
- Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with the JSY Tea brand
- Build a professional, reliable, and mature team culture

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail and/or hospitality management role
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dual-operating environment
- Robust leadership and people management skills
- Confident in overseeing both service and retail operations
- Genuine interest in tea, beverage culture, or Asian food & drink traditions
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Must have existing Australian work authorisation rights
