Role Description

This full time remote Junior Business Analyst / Graduate Business Analyst role is designed for entry-level professionals interested in combining business insight with data-driven decision-making in the edtech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and analyzing business processes, and assisting in the creation of reports and dashboards that support product and operational decisions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder needs, conducting basic quantitative and qualitative analysis, and helping translate findings into clear recommendations.

The analyst will also support testing and validation of new features or process improvements, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous optimization of workflows and services.

- Candidates should possess understanding of Business Process and Business Requirements to map workflows, define needs, and support process improvements.
- Good proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); familiarity with analytics or visualization tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in education technology and a willingness to learn new tools, methods, and industry practices.
