The Role
At Infotrust, we help organisations solve complex technology and cybersecurity challenges. From security transformation initiatives and cloud projects through to managed services onboarding, infrastructure uplift and cyber security programs, our teams deliver solutions that help customers operate securely and effectively. We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team and support the successful delivery of these engagements.
You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, consultants, engineers and cyber security specialists, gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies, projects and customer environments. You'll have the opportunity to progressively build your project management skills and take ownership of increasingly complex projects, with support from experienced Project Managers and the Head of Project Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of technology and cyber security projects and initiatives from planning through to completion
- Support the management of project plans, schedules, resources, milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities across customers, internal technical teams and external partners
- Track and manage project actions, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets
- Help ensure projects remain on track against agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives
- Contribute to Project Delivery initiatives and continuous improvement activities, including processes, reporting, templates and tooling
Skills & Experience
You're organised, proactive and enjoy bringing structure to complex environments. You're a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with stakeholders, manage competing priorities and take ownership of getting things done.
- 1–3 years' experience in project coordination, Project Delivery, project management, service delivery, consulting, business analysis or a similar environment
- Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Exposure to technology, IT services, cyber security, infrastructure, cloud, managed services or professional services environments
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives concurrently
- Experience using project management, collaboration or service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar
- A genuine interest in technology and cyber security, with a willingness to learn .
You don't need to be deeply technical, but you should be comfortable working alongside technical specialists and interested in understanding the technologies, services and customer outcomes behind the projects you're helping to deliver.
