What will you do?

Kitchenhand

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
- Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with basic food preparation and ingredient preparation
- Receiving, storing, and rotating stock in line with food safety requirements
- Ensuring kitchen and back-of-house areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Following food safety, HACCP, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Contributing to a positive team culture and efficient kitchen operation

Cook
- Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards
- Monitoring food quality, portion control, and consistency across service




- Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen production requirements
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
- Managing stock rotation and minimising food waste
- Supporting kitchen operations to ensure timely service during peak periods
- Working collaboratively with Kitchenhands and the wider hospitality team
- Contributing to a positive guest experience through quality food and efficient service
- Assisting with opening, closing, and general kitchen operational requirements

More About You

- Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Kitchenhand or Cook is required
- Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced workplace
- Food Safety Certificate
- For Cook applicants, currently undertaking Level 3 Cookery Certificate, preferred
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
