? What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of quality and compliance, including:

- Conducting chemical testing, analysis and validation of gases and related products
- Performing quality control checks against company standards and specifications
- Maintaining accurate laboratory records, reports and documentation
- Supporting troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Calibrating, maintaining and validating laboratory equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement across laboratory and production processes

?‍? What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have





- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline

(Medical/biomedical degrees are not required - this is an industrial laboratory role, not focused on wet chemistry.)

- Experience in an industrial laboratory, manufacturing, chemical or gas production environment is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality systems
- Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia

You must also be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and National Police Clearance.

Important: Due to traffic constraints and Fatigue Management requirements, applicants must reside within 30 minutes of Wetherill Park.

? A Hands-On Industrial Role

This position involves a moderate level of manual handling, including moving gas cylinders, and requires you to be comfortable working in an industrial laboratory setting.
