Sunshine Sugar's Broadwater site is looking for a labourer to join our day gang team on a fixed term basis for our crushing season. Work is available until December 2026, with possible extension.

Hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday, with regular weekend overtime available during crushing season (June - December). We are looking for a reliable individual to join our Day Gang Team, performing a variety of hands-on tasks across the site.

Responsibilities could include:

- General production and operational duties
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Assisting tradespeople
- Safe use of power tools
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised setting

We are looking for:

- Mechanical aptitude
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong commitment to safety and workplace culture
- Team-focused with a collaborative attitude
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with good sight and hearing
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete paperwork
- Comfortable working in noisy, wet, greasy, humid conditions and at heights
- Previous production experience (advantageous but not essential)
