The Role

We're looking for a motivated Landscape Construction Tradesman who enjoys building and creating.

This role will suit someone with experience in construction, carpentry, civil works, landscaping, earthmoving, or similar trades who takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work.

You'll be involved in

Retaining wall construction

Timber and aluminium fencing

Deck construction

Concrete preparation and placement

Excavation and earthworks

Drainage installation

Irrigation and landscape lighting

Garden preparation and planting

Reading plans and setting out projects

Operating machinery and construction equipment

Maintaining protected, organised, and professional job sites

Every job is different, providing opportunities to develop your skills across a broad range of landscape and construction disciplines.

What We're Really Looking For

Experience is important, but attitude is everything.

We can teach construction methods, retaining wall systems, landscaping techniques, and project-specific processes.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, earthmoving, civil works, or related trades

High standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety and site presentation

Reliable transport

Construction White Card

Highly Regarded

Excavator, skid steer, or machinery operating experience

MR or HR truck licence

Carpentry experience

Experience building retaining walls or fences

Experience reading plans and set-outs

Trade qualification or apprenticeship in construction, carpentry, landscaping, or similar
