As an AccountsOffice Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders and financial transactions. This is a hands-on position combining accounts and logistics coordination, suited to someone who thrives on accuracy, deadlines, and variety.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily distribution centre orders using EDI and MYOB Acumatica
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, including reconciliations and invoicing
- Coordinate delivery schedules, transport bookings, and pallet labelling
- Maintain accurate records and manage shared inbox communications
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in accounts or office administration
- Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing environments (highly regarded)
- Experience with MYOB Acumatica and/or EDI systems (desirable)
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet daily deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication
