MEDICAL SECRETARY / RECEPTIONIST

This is a busy surgical practice based in the S.E suburbs.

It is a full time role where you will be working for a dedicated. hard working ENT Surgeon.

You will be responsible for:

Greeting patients in a friendly, courteous manner

Taking phone calls in a timely manner

Scheduling and managing appointments

Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, both digital and physical

Dealing with patient inquiries and requests

Assisting with general administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, ordering of supplies and attending to emails

Dealing with the Private Health Funds

Work closely with the clinical team

Hospital & theatre bookings

Consultation billings

IT literacy essential ( preferably with Genie)
