Lynch Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Operator / Reach Stacker on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within the container terminal industry, training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing full-time casual employment with a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidates.

Based at Port Botany , you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, stacking and loading of empty shipping containers while working in a fast-paced terminal environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Forklift Operator / Reach Stacker safely and efficiently.
- Move, stack and load shipping containers throughout the terminal.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Participate in daily pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.
- Work effectively within a team while also being capable of working independently.
- Maintain a clean, safe and productive work setting.

Essential Requirements

- Current Forklift Licence-Reach Stacker license with demonstrated operating experience.
- Previous experience operating a Forklift / Reach Stacker within a container yard, logistics or transport environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Physically fit and capable of manual duties when required.
- Clear communication skills.
- Reliable,



punctual and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Own reliable transport.
- Available to work a minimum 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
- Available for an immediate start.

Site Requirements

- As this is a high-security operational site, all successful applicants must be willing to:
- Undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Participate in random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment.
- Complete all required site inductions and safety training prior to commencing work.
