Job Description

Tyre Evolution are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Tyre Fitter to join their team in Mount St John Townsville, and our other locations in Queensland. The successful candidate will need to undertake:

- Performing wheel alignments and adjustments to ensure optimal vehicle performance and handling.
- Diagnosing and correcting wheel alignment issues
- Balancing and rotating tyres for optimal performance
- Fitting and replacing tyres on a variety of vehicles
- Performing puncture repairs in line with industry standards
- Providing great customer service and tyre advice
- Maintaining a clean and safe working setting





Applicants must possess the following skills and experiences:

- AQF Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Equivalent
- At least three years of relevant experience as a Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of tyre and wheel alignment procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 12th August 2026 and closes on 12th September 2026
