As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to our customers. This is a hands-on role where there is travel to sites within Thomastown and surrounding areas, to replace hoses in a breakdown situation or complete new installation work on a variety of machinery.

Key responsibilities

- Replace hoses in breakdown situations
- Complete new installation work on a variety of machinery
- Deliver field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to customers
- Travel to sites within Thomastown and surrounding areas
- Participate in a 24 hour on call roster

About you

- Mechanical background required
- Current Manual Driver's License required
- Trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics
- Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
- Strong numeracy,



verbal and written communication skills
- Anticipate problems and be pro‑active in finding solutions
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Understanding of OHS and Secure Work Practices
- Ability to carry out instructions

Full product and job training will be provided with potential for further training opportunities through Pirtek's Registered Training Organisation. A vehicle, phone and uniform will be provided.
