Workforce Extensions is seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Labourers to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Ingleburn.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing full-time hours with a company that values safety, reliability, and hard work. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position after a successful probationary period.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Labourer, you will play an important role in supporting daily production and warehouse operations. Duties may include:

- Inventory control and stock management
- Materials handling and product movement
- Product testing and quality checks
- Sorting and processing materials
- General warehouse and manufacturing support duties
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment





What We're Looking For

To be considered for this position, you will have:

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or a similar industrial workplace
- Current LF or LO Forklift Licence
- The ability to safely lift and handle items up to 20kg
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work independently and follow instructions
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
