The Salvation Army Sunshine Hub in Sunshine, VIC, is seeking a Veterans Case Manager for the Housing Pathways Program Prisons on a 12-month, full time basis. You will work one-on-one with veterans at risk of homelessness, connecting them with housing and community services to rebuild stability and independence.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will travel to prisons and community settings as required. A relevant degree and veteran-focused experience are essential for this role.
