Harvey Norman is an Australian retail icon in the home and lifestyle space and our Moore Park Technology & Entertainment team is looking for someone to join them on the floor.

This is a sales role, but it's really a people role. The best salespeople here aren't pushy – they're curious. They ask the right questions, figure out what someone actually needs for their home, and help them walk out with the right thing rather than just a thing. If you like the idea of knowing your products inside out and being the person customers come back to, you'll do well here.

To be successful you will:

What we require:





· Look after your customers while keeping on top of the day-to-day tasks around them
· Solve problems and go the extra step when something isn't straightforward
· Handling the occasional customer complaint and ensure the customer leaves happier than when they arrived
· Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
