Acmena YJC in Grafton NSW seeks an Aboriginal Youth Officer to support young people in custody, developing life skills and reintegration plans within a secure Youth Justice Centre.

You will work with psychologists, caseworkers and teachers, delivering culturally informed interventions while promoting safety and positive behavior. The role requires cultural awareness, resilience and robust communication, with full-time shift work and mandatory ITAP training.
