Lead Technical Field Engineer | NV1/NV2 Clearance Required

Are you an Australian Citizen with an active NV1/NV2 Security Clearance and solid technical support experience?

We're looking for a Lead Technical Field Engineer to provide first and second-level support across desktop, server, networking, and software environments.

In this role, you'll:

✅ Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues

✅ Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux environments

✅ Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and break-fix activities

✅ Support physical and virtual infrastructure environments

✅ Work directly with users to resolve critical technical issues

We're interested in professionals with experience in technical support, field engineering, desktop support, IT support, or service desk environments.

Requirements:

- Australian Citizen
- NV1/NV2 Autralian Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 experience
- Windows and Linux support experience
