We’re looking for a communication professional who loves crafting engaging content, organising events, and keeping people connected.
About the Role
As our Communications Coordinator , you’ll be the voice of our internal team. You will play a hands-on role in shaping our company culture and keeping our team informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Format & Design: Craft engaging internal announcements and presentations.
- Gather Content: Chat with different teams across the business to collect photos, news, and team highlights.
- Event Support: Help plan and execute internal events and team-building activities.
- Manage Channels: Keep our internal social platforms and comms calendar updated and organised.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- The Tech Basics: Solid proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication: You have a knack for tone, clarity, and proofreading.
- Energy & Initiative:
A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in people, workplace culture, or HR.
- Education/Background: Studying toward or holding a qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (advantageous).
- Licence: A current QLD Driver’s Licence (Class C).
- Bonus points if you have experience in the building, construction, trade, or manufacturing sectors—but don't worry if you don't, we'll teach you the ropes!
