TNM Road Services is seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators & Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team in Devon Meadows, VIC. This is a full time position offering the opportunity to work with modern plant and machinery in the construction and road services sector. You will play a crucial role in the delivery of our projects, operating heavy machinery and transporting equipment and materials to ensure the smooth execution of our operations. Key responsibilities

Operate heavy plant and machinery including excavators, graders and other construction equipment in accordance with safety procedures and site requirements

Drive trucks and transport vehicles safely and efficiently, transporting machinery, materials and equipment to and from project sites

Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition

Follow all site safety protocols, environmental regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment

Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate activities and ensure project timelines are met

Maintain accurate records of equipment operation and any incidents or damage

Respond promptly to instructions and adapt to changing site conditions and project requirements

Assist with equipment troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to supervisors and maintenance personnel

What we're looking for

Current, valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) licence, with a clean driving record

Proven experience operating heavy plant and machinery in construction or road services environments

Certified or licensed plant operator qualifications (such as Skid steer, Excavator or Grader tickets) are highly desirable

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and a commitment to safe work practices





Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational records and reports

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks as required on site

Flexibility to work varying hours, including early starts and occasional extended shifts as project demands require
