Open Futures Disability Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking compassionate Disability Care Workers to support participants in daily living, independence, and meaningful community participation. The role focuses on person-centred care, safety, and dignity in every interaction.

You will work across SIL, in-home, and community settings, following individual care plans, PBSP strategies, and NDIA guidelines to help participants achieve their goals with respect and professionalism.
