About the role

Hughes Corporation is seeking an organised and motivated Logistics Supervisor Scheduler to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and enjoys coordinating people, vehicles, and freight.

Key responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate daily truck movements and deliveries
- Allocate drivers and vehicles efficiently
- Liaise with customers, drivers, and supervisors to ensure timely service
- Monitor job progress and respond to scheduling changes
- Maintain compliance with fatigue management requirements, road transport legislation, and all company policies and procedures to promote protected and lawful operations




- Maintain accurate transport records and documentation
- Work closely with the operations team to maximise fleet utilisation

About you

- Previous experience in transport scheduling or logistics (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the transport industry and heavy vehicles is an advantage
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
