We are currently seeking a customer-focused HR Officer to join our People, Culture and Wellbeing team. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, and employment administration activities while providing high-quality, customer-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.

The role

Reporting to the HR Business Partner Coordinator, we are seeking an HR Officer who can bring their skills and experience for:

- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding coordination.
- HR administration and employment lifecycle support.
- Customer-focused advice and support to employees and leaders.
- Maintenance of accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.

About you

To be considered you will be a proactive and organised HR professional with a strong understanding of recruitment and employment practices. You will also demonstrate:





- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while delivering accurate outcomes.
- Strong customer service focus, with well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively and use initiative.
- Ability to provide professional, customer-focused support and build positive working relationships.
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence, reports and professional documentation.
- Experience using business systems and technology (Chris21 and E-Recruitment) and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and processes.
- Degree qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, Psychology or a related discipline; or nearing completion of such a qualification.
